New YorkWith the end of the year approaching, there is always more focus on the dangers of driving while intoxicated. However, New York State seems to be getting serious about how it will toughen its own laws as they concern drunk drivers. WHEC reports that there are three laws currently awaiting the approval of the New York State Assembly that will address various issues surrounding drunk drivers. With concerns over the legal blood alcohol concentration (BAC) limit, repeat offenders and individuals leaving the scene of the accident, New York is gearing up for a safer 2014.
