NTSB Recommendation Finds Little Support

You are here: Home / News / NTSB Recommendation Finds Little Support
July 23, 2013 by Editorial Staff

The National Transportation and Safety Board made a bold move by recommending the legal BAC limit in the U.S. be reduced to .05%. Citing data from other countries at that limit, this recommendation looks to continue to save lives by curbing drinking and driving. The NTSB does not expect a recommendation to be adopted and sees the time and effort as a factor in the lack of support. Read more here: States Resist NTSB Pressure to Lower Blood Alcohol Limit
