After an arrest for drinking and driving, many accused offenders wait months for a trial and are able to continue living a normal life until that day. According to Mirror Online, a teenager recently started a petition online in order to take away the rights of an accused offender before trial. This teen, who’s brother was killed in a drunk driving accident, began the petition in response to the nine months the man was allowed to drive a vehicle prior to his trial for driving drunk and the tragic death his actions caused.
