Drinking and driving is a widespread problem that affects everyone, whether they have been drinking or not. The legal limit for alcohol in the blood stream across the country is .08%, which is where drivers are considered to have an extremely poor ability to make safe choices. The Inquisitor reports that at least three drunk drivers had the right idea when they called 911 to report their own unsafe behavior.
