Drunk DrivingWhen they say that “buzzed driving is drunk driving,” there is no mistake about the numbers.  According to fox5sandiego.com, a recent study on the Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) and accidents over the last decade has revealed some startling results. This study indicates that even in accidents where a driver has tested positive for .01% BAC, that driver is most likely blamed for causing the issue. Once a person tests with a higher BAC, there is even more likelihood of becoming the reason for the accident.
