When it comes to arriving home safely after a night on the town, many people rely on the old “buddy system” of designating a friend to remain sober in order to eliminate the risks involved with drinking and driving. CNN reports that while this system may still be effective, a recent study shows that these sober rides may be less sober than we think. Of the 1,100 people tested in this study, over half showed equivalent BAC rate to a “buzzed driver” – .05% or higher. Read more here:  Your designated driver might have been drinking
