March 21, 2013 by Editorial Staff

Drinking and driving is a pervasive problem across the country, affecting the lives of everyone who may be put into danger based on the choice to drive drunk. According to Shorewood Patch, the decision to drink and drive may be less difficult with a new smartphone app released by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. This app includes several features that can help a person determine if she or he has had too much to drink, as well as easily provide information to help that person arrive home safely. This app is part of the state’s  “Zero in Wisconsin” campaign to promote safe driving and eliminate fatalities related to driving choices.  Read more here: Drinking and Driving?
